After you complete your purchase, our reseller will email you an order confirmation (we will receive notification from them as well).

Within 1-2 business days OstroSoft will send you registration information for purchased software. Please pay attention to emails sent from OstroSoft Customer Support (support @ ostrosoft.com) with subject line "OstroSoft [purchased product name] (registration information)"

If you didn't receive registration information within more than 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation please contact OstroSoft (either forward your order confirmation email to support @ ostrosoft.com or send a private message to OstroSoft via Support Forums)
